a. Stretch your muscles as possible as you able to, because it helps you to bring oxygen and blood flow into the deep parts of your muscles. Thus it helps for muscles to becoming healthy.

b. In your diet, you should need to get potassium from the banana , baked potato , strawberries etc. Take enough potassium in your diet , which helps you for preventing muscles knot and cramps.

c. If your have muscles injury, alternate use ice for 15 mins and heat for 15 mins. Because the ice help you for tightening your muscles while heat relaxes your muscles.

d. Take medicine lbuprofen which is anti-inflammatory medicine. Also you can use analgesic cream for relieving the muscles pain .

e. Drink lots of water through the day.If there is no water in your system, the medication , nutrients and toxins which is present in your bloodstream become to concentrated. An enough water helps you for proper functioning of your body.
