Home Remedies for Treating High Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is nothing but a pressure of the blood towards the walls of the arteries. The high blood pressure is dangerous for health because it makes hard the heart work i.e pumping of the blood to the body and also leads to hardening of the arteries. The normal level of blood pressure is less than 130/85, if you have blood pressure in between 120/80 to 140/90 then you have pre-hypertension. In most cases the high blood pressure increase the chances of heart attack, kidney disease and also stroke.

1. Take a diet which is high in sodium and also increase the amount of magnesium, calcium and potassium in your diet. Most of the fruits and vegetables are high in potassium and the leafy greens and broccoli are high in calcium and magnesium.

2. The garlic is also helpful for the lowering blood pressure and also it decreases the widens of the arteries and blood clotting.

3. Take cumin seeds, sugar and fennel seeds in same quantity and make a powder then take one tablespoon of that powder and mix it in one glass of water and drink it in every morning and evening. It very helpful for treating high blood pressure.

4. Make a mixture of one teaspoon of amla juice and honey and take it in the morning on empty stomach. It is very effective over high blood pressure.

5. Take equal amount of  khas khas and seeds of water lemon and make a powder . Take one table spoon of this powder and mix it in one glass of water and drink it in every morning at empty stomach. Be regular with this for 3 to 4 weeks. It is very useful home remedy for preventing high blood pressure.

6. Take one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds with one glass of water in every morning and evening. Take this for 10 to 15 days , it is one of the best home remedies for high blood pressure.
