Diet for Lowering Cholesterol Level

A diet for lowering your cholesterol level is not to hard to adopt. It play an essential role in lowering the number of your cholesterol level. There are many foods which are in low fat and cholesterol and helps you for reducing your cholesterol level.

–> Eat planty of fruits and vegetables, which are low in cholesterol and fat thus it helps you for lowering the cholesterol level. And vegetables are good source of soluble fiber .

–> Use olive, vegetable and canola oils, it is high in monounstaurated and polyunsaturated fats which can helps you for lowering your cholesterol level and also keep your heart healthy.

–> Eating an oatmeal also help you for reducing your cholesterol level. The oatmeal are high in soluble fiber , which helps you to reduce LDL. Eat and half cup of cooked oatmeal which provides enough fiber for reducing cholesterol level.

–> Eat a fatty fish which is high in omega-3 fatty acids which helps you to reduce the cholesterol level and for becoming healthy heart. It also reduces the risk of blood clotting and also heart attacks.

–> Almonds, walnuts and other also reduces the cholesterol level . It is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids and helps you to keep blood vessels healthy . Remember that, the nuts which you eat are not coated with sugar and salt. It also help you to reduce the risk of heart disease.

–> Eat foods which are available with stanols or sterols such as orange juice, margarines, yogurt drinks etc.It helps you to block the absorption of the cholesterol and also reduces the LDL cholesterol by 10%. It does not affects on HDL cholesterol. Try to intake a least 2gms of plant sterols which is enough for the results.
