Guide on Causes of Depression in Women

Depression in women can be occur at any stage of the life , it will be occur due to education background, social and economic problems and racial background. Women who faces depression not only fell just sad but also miserable and in advance situation she feel energy less and fatigue. The depression may causes due to many factors such as psychological, biological and social.

Biological Causes:
Women causes depression during menstrual cycle, because the hormonal fluctuation is takes place during cycle. It causes common symptom of the premenstrual syndrome like irritability, bloating, emotional reactivity and fatigue. Also during the pregnancy , the hormonal changes are  takes place and they result in depression.  Some other issues such as infertility, miscarriage and unwanted pregnancy can causes depression. During the perimenopause and stage of menopause, women’s may be experiences depression at higher risk due to rapid fluctuation of reproductive hormones.

Social Causes:
Actually women’s relative lack of power and status in their society which result in to feel helpless. The feeling of helpless lead into greater risk of depression. The depression in women also causes due to the physical and sexual abuse. Generally the rate of depression is lower in the married women as compared to the single and divorced women. The poverty is most common cause of depression in women which is a severe and chronic stressor they may lead into depression.

Psychological causes:
When women’s may experience depression ,they may be like to ruminate in various ways such as they may be crying for getting relieve tension, share things to her friend about the depression and they may try to find out why you are depress? The physiological response to stress for the women’s are different and also she produce more stress hormones than men.
