First of all make a list of things which causes the depression to you and avoid it for next time. Through the whole day, take a time for getting relax. Sleep enough and do some exercise regularly which makes you to feel better. The enough sleep helps you to keep your mind and body in better shape which makes you good equipped for dealing any negative thing.

Eat healthy diet, specially add nutrition for your diet which helps you to prevent depression. Restrict the non-vegetarian diet and junk food. Eat fresh vegetables which helps you to keep your body nurtured with vitamins and decent minerals.

Learn the things which are challenges for you and consider depression is a temporary problem not the catastrophes. Start to solve the problem and without any hesitation ask for help to your close friend . For getting rid from depression, believing on yourself and being positive are the  major factors.

Also do yoga and take medication regularly which definitely helps you to overcome from depression. Try for aspecting the  facts which is not able to changes. And avoid negative thinking and be positive in your life.

Don’t aspect others for being perfect or overcome from depression, the depression becomes worse.
