You should need to keep balancing biochemicals within your body system and also keep a balance between your mind and body.

Exercise:
The deep breathing exercise may help you to reduce stress . This exercise involved in lungs as well as portion of your abdomen. For this exercise you should need to sit comfortable with back straight then put your one hand on your stomach and other on the chest. After that take breathe in, you experiences rise on your stomach and at the time of breath out extract the air from the body by extracting the abdominal muscles.

Yoga:
It is more effective for reducing the stress which works in three level i.e spiritual, psychological and physiological.On regular practice, the main goal of the yoga is to achieve the state of completeness. There are various types of yoga , all of them contains spiritual element.

Relaxation:

Also you can do muscles relaxation exercise along with breathing exercise. For this exercise you should need to perform relaxation of muscles and controlled contraction. Now you should need to make loosen your outfits and also make tight muscles of your toe for 10 secs , after that relax them slowly. Also you can move gradually other parts of the body. Take breath slowly but deeply which helps you to reduce stress.
