Avoid Menstrual Problems with Healthy Diet

Menstruation causes many problems like acne, headaches, irritation, fatigue, depression and bloating. Most of the women may be suffer from these problems, so they need to change their diet by including those foods which increases the nutrients level of your body.

- For normal menstrual periods, you should need to eat more fruits and vegetables and less the meat products. The high fiber diet may be helpful for lessen the menstrual problems.

- Cut the junk foods from your diet because it contains high level of fats, salt and sugar. These are not better for your body and it also brings some other menstrual problems.

- Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day. This helps you to reduce the menstruation problems. Avoid the foods which are high in sodium because it helps your body for retaining water. Eat high potassium foods which is helpful for eliminating excess of water from the kidneys.

- Avoid caffeine, tea, soft drinks and chocolates from your diet. The caffeine increases the irritation and headache during the periods.
