Premenstrual Syndrome is also known as premenstrual tension. It is nothing but a collection of emotional and physical symptoms which is related with your menstrual cycle. It is most common disorder which is experienced by women during their menstrual cycle. In most cases, it is treated at your home. Premenstrual syndrome causes due to hormonal changes which is occurs at the time of their periods. Women who suffer from premenstrual syndrome often faces mood swings, painful cramps, irritability, stress, feeling of bloating, fluid retention, lower abdominal pain, tiredness etc. Here i mention best ways to deal with premenstrual syndrome:

- Don’t consume those foods which are too cold such as ice water, cucumbers, ice-creams, curd and also reduce your intake of sugar and salt.

-  Avoid caffeine. Because it causes an imbalance of hormones and thus it results increase in the irritability, anxiety and depression.

-  Make your diet which contains plenty of complex carbohydrates such as potatoes, bread, pasta, rice etc. You should need to eat balanced diet contains enough vegetables and fruits.

-  Don’t consume fatty foods and red meat which increases the level of estrogen in the blood. It can exacerbate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

-  To get relief from premenstrual syndrome take magnesium supplements and also vitamin B6 which helps you in blood circulation.

-  Take hot bath which helps you to relax your muscles and also get relief from painful cramps.

-  Intake lots of nuts, beans and seeds. Also drink plenty of water which helps you cleanse your systems and get rid from toxins.
