Control Your Anger with Yoga Asanas

Yoga is one of the most useful resources which helps you to stay fit and fell better. Now a days it becomes a fear to live healthy and stress free life because there are so many external forces which gives you stress and thus it makes you angry. Anger is nothing but come negative emotions which evidenced in many forms like jealousy, frustration, hate etc Yoga provides you physical as well as emotional well being. There are various different yoga asanas which helps you to control your anger.

Sarvang Asana:
This type of yoga asana helps you to increase the blood flow to the upper part of your body i.e shoulders, head and neck. It is an effective asana to reduce your stress and also eliminate the feelings of your anger. For this asana you must lie on the floor with arms and legs close to your body. Slowly lift your legs in upward direction. After that slowly lift your hips, lift them up as much as possible with the support of your hand and hips. Keep your legs in vertical direction and shoulders is close to your body.

Pranayama:
This type of asana helps you to get rid of the anger. To perform this asana you should need to sit in padmasana pose. Take a deep breath then breathe out. Do this for several times, it will helps you to control your anger and calm down.

Ardha Dhanur Asana:
This type of asana stretches your body and helps you to feel relax. For performing this asana, your should need to lie on stomach by keeping your legs together. Look straight by placing your chin on the floor and then place your right arm on the floor in the front side of you. Then slowly bend your left knee and hold your ankle of your leg with your left hand. And lift it as much possible. Do the same for right leg.
