Guide on Causes of Snoring and How to stop it

Everyone snores occasionally but the snoring can affect on the quality and quantity of the sleep. The less quantity of sleep can be lead into irritability, fatigue and also it increase the many health problems.

Causes of Snoring:

1. The snoring causes due to overweight, nasal problem,  sleep posture, smoking and also due to medications. When a person reaches at middle age, the throat becomes narrower  and their is decrease in the muscles tone of your throat.

2. Due to nasal problems , the airways may be blocked and thus make difficult for inspiration. Also it create vacuum in the throat and thus it leads into snoring.

3. If the person may become over weighted , the tissue with lots of fat and muscles with poor tone can be lead into snoring.

4. Sleeping on your back can be causes to build your throat to relax and also block the airways.

How to Stop it:

1. Instead of sleeping on your back, sleep on your side which helpful for reducing snoring.

2. Lose weight if you are over weighted, it is helpful for reducing fatty tissue which is present in the back of the neck and thus it reduces the snoring.

3. Use nasal strips before going to bed. It is useful for opening your nostrils and allows better inspiration and thus decrease the snoring.

4. Avoid alcohol and sleeping pills, they may lead into depress your central nervous systems and also make relax to your throat muscles and jaw. It also limits your airways.

5. If you are smoker, then stop smoking which causes blockage of the airways by bothering the membranes in the throat and nose.
