Depression is a disease which occures due to variety of reasons. People may experience depression during it’s serious medical illness and up and downs in the their life. People with depression may feel lonely and sadness for no known reason.

Ageing Brain:
The brain capacity reduces due to neurotransmitters become disordered during our age. This happens due to some people experience dementia at any stage of their age. While other people may have high blood pressure problems and hence it may faces depression. The good blood pressure may help you to reduce the risk of depression.

Genetics:
From the studies, it is confirmed that the depression can be inherited. The 40% people may experiences depression due to genetics. The genetic depression is complex and it is treated very slowly.

Stress:
Most of the people may faces depression due to their stressed and depressed behaviour about their life. The long time stress may cause depression. People becomes stressed due to their personal disputes with their closest friend and family members.

Personality:
People who has irritable, anxious worrying, self-focused, self critical, socially avoidant etc personality style may causes the risk of depression. The personality styles has more risk of depression as compared to the other.

Illness:
During the period of illness, people can be faces depression. The illness affects on depression due to effects of pain , feeling discomfort and also reduced capacity of enjoyment. It also causes depression due to physical changes of the body , thus it makes you to feel down.
