Tips for Maintaining Healthy and Pink Nails

It is not much hard for maintaining healthy nails. If you don’t take any care of your nails, then your nails becomes brittle and rough. Eating healthy diet and regularly exercise is much important for maintaining pink and healthy nails.

- Always clean your nails by using nail brush with mild soap and warm water. Because the dirt which is present under the nails can causes the bacterial infection.

- Use nail polish remover which contains acetone due to most of the nail polish removers your nails becomes more dry.

- Don’t bit your nails. Your nails can damages due to biting and it is more destructive to both cuticle and your nails.

- After taking shower, do your manicure. Due to taking shower , the dirt which is present under the  nails will be removed and also helpful for making soften your nails.

- Use olive oil for moisturizing your hands. Moisturize your nails with warm olive oil at least once in the week.

- For trimming your nails use nail clipper, trim your nails at least once in a week.
