Vitamins for Maintaining Healthy Skin

For healthy skin the balanced diet is play and essential role. There various vitamins which are helpful for attaining health skin. The balanced diet and regular exercise are two secrets for achieving  healthy skin. The vitamin helpful for the attain healthy skin because the vitamins act fabulously on the surface of the skin.

Vitamin C and E :
Our skin is damages due to excessive amounts of free radicals which are produced due to the pollution and sun exposure. The vitamins C and E are helps for removing the free radicals and thus it reduces the damage of the skin. The sources of vitamin C is broccoli, oranges, cauliflower, bell peppers etc while the sources of vitamin e is nuts, vegetable oils, seeds and spinach .

Vitamin B Complex :
The vitamin B complex contains two essential complexes niacin and biotin. The biotin may be helpful for scaly skin reactions and also they forms the basis of nails, skin and hair. Rice, eggs, oatmeal and banana are rich sources of the biotin. While the naicin helps for retaining the moisture of your skin and it is found in dairy products.

Vitamin A :
The vitamin A is helpful for maintaining and repairing the tissues of the skin and also helpful for preventing wrinkles and acne. This vitamin is mostly found in green and yellow leafy vegetables, butter and milk.

Vitamin K :
The vitamin K act as antioxidant , when it is combine with the vitamin A. It is helpful for removing the dark circles around the eyes. The rich sources of the vitamin k is carrots, sprouts, mustard greens, spinach, green peas etc.
