Beauty Tips for Beautiful and Healthy Eyes

Every women wants to keep healthy and beautiful eyes and also stay away from dark circles and wrinkles. Here i mention some tips which is useful for keep your eyed healthy and beautiful.

–> For keeping your eye brows and eye lashes dark and dense , apply oil which is mixed with glycerin.

–> Apply the mixture of  cucumber juice and some quantity of rose water around the eyes and then rinse it after 15-20 mints. It is helpful for reducing the puffiness of your eyes.

–> For increasing the strength of eye lashes , apply the thin layer of castor oil on the eyebrows and eyelashes at night.

–> For keeping healthy eyes , eat lots of vegetables and fruits such as papaya, carrots , mango and spinach etc. These are high in beta carotene which able to keep healthy eyes.

–> Be regular with your exercise  which helps you to improve the circulation of the blood and also it is helpful for receiving enough oxygen towards your eyes.

–> Keep the slice of cucumber or potato on your eyes, it is helpful for removing the dark circles and eye wrinkles.

–> Drink lots of water , which is helpful for avoiding puffiness in your eyes.

–> Don’t rub your eyes, instead of it just blink your eyes. It is the best exercise for your eyes.
